So it’s been a good week. Still adjusting to the heat which is the PI’s coolest (For me it aint!) – they call these cooler shorter days the “ber” months i.e SeptemBER, OctoBER NovemBER, etc. The 1^st Sat. of each month will be PJ public talk and WT and it started this week. 5 interested ones attended. The talks will be translated either from English or Tagalog to PJ.  The group is now 25 publishers – no regular publishers – 100% of the publishers are in some sort of FT service i.e. Bethelites, SP’s, Reg. Pios and one reg. aux pios.  A very unique strong foundation seems to be forming.  When I first arrived in 2011, there were 11 pubs, 46 studies.  But these past few months the group has reported 120-126 studies, averaging over 500 RV’s each month! Ridiculous innit?  Can’t wait to see how much more Jehovah will make the “little one” grow.  Even though it is physically hard for me to be here, I am glad I can for now.  We are still figuring out a schedule for the ministry and how we can assist a variety of publishers and help them with their calls and studies, rather than, start new studies ourselves. What a brilliant problem to have eh?  There was a touching moment at our English meeting Sunday.  The elderly public speaker was not fluent in English, thus he gave the talk in Japanese with a translator. But he wanted to conclude with an English prayer.  We all held our breath during the moments he was stuck. After “amen”, the whole cong. clapped. It was too touching.
