An unexpected Historic Occasion - that we missed!

Let's take a trip to a place called Silang.

From Paranaque (see map) look south for Cavite.  Silang is in Cavite.  Cavite is a place where some from the USA like to retire due to the cooler climate, greenery (fresh air!) and affordable cost of living. From Paranaque it's about an hours drive (if you have your own car) but can take about 2-3 hours due to, not traffic this time, but lack of public transport going there from our place.  

So here's the exciting part.  Very unexpected.  

• A family in Silang, in the Tagalog congregation (they use to be with us in QC PJ in 2011) mentioned to the CO the idea of sponsoring a PJ pre-group.  
• The CO wrote a letter inviting any who are interested in learning Punjabi to attend a PJ workshop in Silang on  . . .to be hosted by QC PJ cong. Hil and I couldn't attend due to CO visit.     
• It was read at the Tagalog assembly. In addition, it was read in each cong. in that circuit.  

And the results?  The potential?

There wasn't enough space in the KH!!!
Many had to line up outside. 

223 attended.  108 signed up for a PJ pre-language class.  The CO also would like to learn some PJ!

So what happens next?  Time will tell.
